Mrs T Coles

The Exam Season is upon us and anxiety levels will rise. Some stress is good for us as it helps us to perform, but if we stay like that for too long it can make us ill.

To manage stress students should plan ahead; use recommended revision aids; ask Teachers and Tutors for advice and tips and check out the Internet. ‘Playtime’ is also an important part of revision plans; it gives the brain a break and makes revision time more effective so make sure this is built in too.

We all need a helping hand sometimes so if you’re worried about exams or coursework talk to someone – Parents / Carers,  Grandparents, Tutor, Teachers, Student Services, School Nurse and take advantage of opportunities on offer.
